Words of Encouragement
God's word is a great source of strength and encouragement for Christians. We draw on scripture to remember God's plan and promises for us. Here are some verses we've found to be comforting to moms during pregnancy and birth. We hope you enjoy them and find strength in God's promises for you and your family.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.
-Isaiah 41:13
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.
